How do you transfer my entire library from iPhone 6 to 11 without using my old phone. iPhone 6 is completely dead!!

Well, that all depends on where your music library was housed.

Previous purchases from the iTunes Store can be re-downloaded to your new device.
If you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, you can obtain music from iCloud.
You may sync your computer’s iTunes music library.
