Why am I not receiving apple emails with my paid purchases?

I am receiving emails from iCloud to upgrade my payment method, that payment for April 23 was due, but PayPal sent me my receipt of payment. According to the system the subscription will be done automatically unless I unsubscribe. Why am I receiving emails from iCloud to upgrade my payment method?

If you've checked the spam folder as well as in the inbox on the relevant email account contact iTunes Support and ask them
