how to remove the time and date from the lock screen on iphone 6. don't tell me it can't be done, or that most people like it. give me a way to disable it from displaying on the lock screen. let me control my phone - please.

Thanks Chris. I'd seen several references to 'unlocked' or 'hacked' iphones, and I didn't want to go that route. Just thought someone somewhere had an option. Oh well, maybe Apple will at some point enable users to do what we want with our phones. Appreciate the reply.

I know you don't want to be told that it cannot be done, but it can't. That is part of iOS and is not selectable.
