What if I want to upgrade to IPhone 11 Pro? What is the course of action and cost? Thanks for any help!

You can use one of your 2 damage incidents and repair your iPhone X (after paying the deductible and then trade it in. Or you can see how much they will give your for your damaged iPhone trading it in.

Are you planning on a trade in or are you using an upgrade plan? In either case you would need a fully functional, cosmetically intact iPhone. It has no value if it’s water damaged. A replacement device would have that value, but if you have AppleCare+ it will cost you a deductible.
