Are all the Features and Functions supposed to Work? When I want to Send to 3 Contacts, then Later instead of opening a New Message window I open the Group Message Contacts and Click the Message button (see Attached image) but Nothing Happens. WHY? The Facetime and Phone is ok I May Not Explain That Great Ok

I agree with you that when you touch the text icon then a text window should open up for that person that you chose. I understand that you are unable to open a text window when you touch that icon.
Can you try force restarting your iPhone 11 Pro Max?

Do I Press The Side Button Along with the UP And DOWN Button. Because now on the Iphone 11 Pro Max If I Press Just the SIDE button SIRI Opens its not like the Iphone 7 Plus or previous phones I had Where the Side Button Would Close then Apple Icon Would Show
What Appears as I Foliow Those Instructions is the (Slide to Power Off) The middle one with ( SOS Emergency SOS) and the X to Keep On. I can Not Take a Screenshot because The Emergency Goes from 1 - 5 then a Siren Sounds
I Get Better Service with Live Person I Tried Apple Support App And They Didnt Resolve The Freezing App Issue Till I Went to Apple Store and Found Out Hardware Failed Had to Buy New Phone which I already Had. Do not shut your phone off first.
While the phone is on Press the volume Up and down button separately. Just press and release. Then immediately press and HOLD the side button until the phone turns off by itself and you see the Apple icon. In other words keep holding the side button until you see the Apple icon.

The instructions are the same for iPhone X and later under the title of "Force restart iPhone X and later, iPhone 8, or iPhone 8 Plus"
It appears that you are not releasing one of the volume buttons and pressing the side button simultaneously to activate the SOS siren.
One more time- Press and Release the Volume Up Button, Then Press and Release the Volume Down Button, Then Press and HOLD (keep it pressed) the Side Button until you see an Apple logo. It will take a few seconds before you see the Apple logo. Once you see the Apple logo then Release the side button to allow the iPhone to reboot.
