RE: need to reset App Store

Hi all, my friend isn’t replying my message. Therefore I’m turning to the community for help in order to see if I have any other options. I am unable to sign into my App Store as my friend used her Apple ID and passcode to tap into the App Store earlier this year. This time when i try updating my phone apps, the Apple ID and passcode prompts are my friend s not my original one. What can I do to reset it?

To fix this you must sign in out of your friend's account and into your own account. To do this enter the App Store > Click on the person icon in the top right corner > Sign Out > Sign in to your personal account.
