hello there… actually I am facing a problem with my iPhone... when ever I try to insert a sim it shows sim invalid. its an iPhone at first was used in us but now she reset it to give it to me in india… can anyone help me to unlock it
You must ask the service carrier to remove their lock.
Phones sold in the US by retailers other than Apple will lock to the first US carrier used to activate them.
You will have to contact the carrier it was being used with in the US and request an unlock.
Only the carrier it's locked to can unlock it.
