Fall detection

I figured it out! :) I contacted Apple support, and they send you have to be 18+ for the opinion to show up. I’m under 18 and it won’t show for me. But... I found a workaround :) I changed my birth date of my Health Profile and my Medical ID in the watch app to make it say I’m 40. And then the option for tuning on fall detection show up! After I changed back to my correct age. the option was still there :)

Yes same here :/ I’m a teen and I bought a Apple Watch series 5, and the fall detection option hasn’t shown up.

i’ve had my series 5 for 5 months now and the setting hasn’t shown up. I think you might to be over 18 or something for it to show up.

If you're over 65 then it is turned on by default,if you're below this age then you have to manually turn it on.
