Fall detection

My son got an Apple Watch 4 for Christmas, and I there is no fall detection option on the emergency sos screen of the app on his iPhone. Help??

I figured it out! :) I contacted Apple support, and they send you have to be 18+ for the opinion to show up. I’m under 18 and it won’t show for me. But... I found a workaround :) I changed my birth date of my Health Profile and my Medical ID in the watch app to make it say I’m 40. And then the option for tuning on fall detection show up! After I changed back to my correct age. the option was still there :)
