Payment method

Hi, i'm from Armenia, i had a credit card linked tom my apple id and was subscribed to apple music, everithing was good until this month, i noticed that my membership was ended, but i have funds on my card, i tried to pay manually but "your payment method was declined" message showed! I called my bank and they said that everything is fine, card is valid and accepted by apple rules, so i think the problem is with apple:( can you help me guys??

The billing name and address provided for each payment method in your iTunes Store account must exactly match your credit card company's records. i checked all my information everything is ok, also i added another card and it has been added successfully, i removed and readded The first one, and the problem still exists.
