I am not receiving any phone calls. My number is locked
Tried calling myself and it says the phone is locked yet I can make phone calls but cannot receive any calls

I would contact your carrier for help with this.

But I can use it for outgoing calls. I am sure it has something to do with the settings
You still need to discuss this with your carrier. They manage calls.
