I would like to know what the highest wattage charger you can use for your ipad pro 11? Also, can the same charger be used for the apple watch 5 as well as the iphone 11 pro max?

Using an Apple charger with higher wattage will not harm the devices.

An iPad Pro will optimally fast-charge with an 18W Charger that supports PD (Power Delivery) - although a higher wattage charger will do no harm to the iPad.
