hearing aids won't connect with Mac

I have new hearing aids from Costco that connect wonderfully with both my iPad (7th gen) and iPhone (Xs) but not with my MacBook Pro (2017 15-inch, running Mojave).

Is there a way I can get them to connect. I've come to depend on the direct connection of my other devices.

They are Philips Hearing Link 9010 T R Hearing Aids I bought from Costco. I have all things Apple - literally, my whole house is filled with Apple products. The new hearing aids are "Made for iPhone, iPad, and iPod." I am trying to pair them with my 2015 15" MBP but the MBP will not recognize them. I searched System Preferences for something to help and found nothing.
