Every time I try to add the Costco Visa Signature credit card to Apple Wallet, I get this message "Your issuer does not yet offer support for this card".
The reps at Citi have tried to help many a times and confirm that the card IS supported.
My country region is United States.
I've tried this on iPhone and Macbook to no avail.
Yes, this is still happening with the new card I requested.
I've spent more than 3 hours with Citi staff and all seems fine. Plus they have confirmed that indeed, the Costco card works with Apple Pay.

See if you can request a new card. I can confirm that the Citi Visa from Costco is compatible with Apple Pay and can be used at Costco checkouts.
Costco Visa will not add to Apple Pay
