Adding a new iPod to my devices

I want to add a new iPod to my devices for my daughter, but I don't see anywhere to "Add new device". How can I add this for her to access my music and purchase her own?

You can connect this iPod into a Macintosh or Windows PC running iTunes to synchronize your media.
