How to delete burst photos in Mac Photos - No options presented.
When I make selections… click done… It presents me with no options like on iPhone. Just goes back and the entire burst collection is still in photos. Thanks.

Export several burst photos to a folder on the desktop. Then as a test launch Photos with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import those photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it? (This tells us if the problem is limited to your current library or is more wide spread)
Sorry OT… my bad for poor explanation. in photos on mac. When I have a burst group…. and I expand it… put the check mark in the circle of the photos I want to keep… hit done…. nothing happens. Aren't I suppose to be presented an option to keep the ones checked? Nothing happens after hitting done…. the burst group just stays as a burst group.

Thanks. Doesn't matter where I am in photos... after putting the blue check marks... hitting done... I am not presented with the next option of keeping what I want... It just goes back to the burst folder.
Select the thumbnail and use the key combination of ⌘+Delete to move it to the Recently Deleted album. There you can remove it immediately or it will be automatically removed in 30 days.
