My apple watch won't update.

My apple watch keeps saying that it is up to date when its not. i am on watchOS 4.3.2 and it will not let me go to any current updates. I have restarted 3 times.

Apple Watch can’t update Hi my Apple Watch has stopped updating at OS4.3.2. When I check for updates, it says it’s up to date. I’ve powered off and on, reset and unpaired to iPhone. I have an iPhone X and have updated to most recent IOS and restarted phone too. Can’t seem to trigger watch to update

This sounds like you have the original 1st generation Apple Watch and you are at the highest version it will support.
