Capture Image in IMovie?

Is it possible to capture an image from my movie project in IMovie and export it as a file? I'm using 10.1.14.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.12

Yes, you can export it as an Image to your desk top (one of the export options), or take a screen shot of it from the preview screen.
