I received a new MacBook Pro for Christmas.
I see that it has USB-C charging.
Question: I would like to buy a portable power pack to charge my MacBook when traveling. What size is recommended?

looks like this will charge 5A/20v (volts x amps= 100 watts) it has a built in USB-C

It should supply the same amount of power as the AC charger that came with it. For 13" models that is probably 61 watts.

It will work, just not all that effectively. In a pinch it might be possible to charge a Mac battery while it's sleeping or to slow down the battery discharge.
I've got a Morphie USB-C 8000 mAh Powerstation with a 5V/3A USB-C output. I don't expect that it would be adequate for anything more than getting a few more hours of run time out of a Mac notebook, but if that's all that's available it's OK.

Is there anything available that does that? The most powerful one I can find is 45W. Ones where I've heard of the manufacturer seem to top out at 30W.
That thing seems huge. 3.5 lbs? However, I've never heard of the brand, so I'm kind of wary about trusting something like that to put out 100W, or even 60W.
