Apple Watch keeps asking for Apple ID password

I have a Apple Watch 4 and ever since 2 updates ago I am constantly getting a enter your ID pop up message. It’s asking for a password for a ID that isn’t even a Apple ID I’ve ever had. It’s a Gmail address. I enter it into Iforgot to change the password and it says it’s not a Apple ID. This issue has made my watch useless because of the pop ups interfering with my apps and I can’t even open email or messages because it pops up with every notification.

On your phone go into your profile page and sign out at the bottom of the screen then sign back in again.This should pass the signed in info to the watch and hopefully stop asking for your password.

I have this same issue, I have unpaired my watch twice and it continues to do it. Watch will continually pop with "Sign in with Apple ID, enter the password for your apple ID "ok-sanafokina@mail.com".

I have never seen that email in my life and 3 or 4 other random emails pop up when I cancel that!

This is very frustrating!
