My iPhone 7 plus just upgraded to iOS 13.3 from 12.4.1 and it got overheat.

I just upgrade my iOS version yesterday from iOS 12.4.1 to 13.3 and expected to get new features and bugs being fixed. Sadly, it has made me very disappointing because of heating issue.

When my device was iOS 12.4.1 it stayed alive more longer than iOS 13.3, I meant the battery draining super super fast. And also it got overheat at where close to home button while using internet 3G for only 5 or 10 mins long.

Is that problem because of iOS itself or my device? I don't think because of my device because when I was iOS 12.4.1 never had that kind of overheating issue.

Is there any ways that Apple provide way to downgrade back to iOS 12.4.1 or whatever beside from iOS 13?
