Can you make the watch vibrate while in silent mode?

How to turn off vibrate on watch while sleeping Is there any possible way to disable the vibration of the Apple Watch at bedtime? At bedtime I turn the silent mode on with the bell icon on the watch and I also turn sleep mode on so I can monitor my sleep but if a call comes in, my watch still vibrates - waking me up.
