How do I sign into Apple plus tv when it only will allow a free trial

im trying to sign in to Apple plus on my Samsung tv but it will only allow me to sign up for a free trial

Hello,

You will need to sign into the Apple TV application with the Apple ID that subscribed to Apple TV+.
