No ringing on incoming calls
Sounds are working OK on everything but incoming phone calls, does anyone know how to fix please?

Have you checked the ring/silent switch on the left side of the phone? That switch only affects ringtones and alerts. See: How to put your iPhone on vibrate, ring, or silent mode - Apple Support
Another possibility if only calls from callers not in your contact list are silent: Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers.
