I have a Starz subscription via my Direct TV subscription. When trying to use the Starz app on my IPad, I have an error stating

"USER IS NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY CONTENT WITH THIS PRODUCT. (ADOBE) CONTENTID=21896, PRODUCT =STARZPLAY (CODE 1404).

What does this mean? How can I access all the pay channels I get with Direct TV on my ipad?

It could be that your device doesn’t think you are you - as in not signed in.

Look in the settings for TV provider and sign in with your direct tv account info

See if there is a login in the starz app

You can also look in the support part of the starz forum/site and see if they have a solution to your issue.
