My brother gave me his iphone6 but it’s locked to one carrier, how will I unlock the phone to be able to use it on other carrier. Thanks

Call the carrier / service provider for more information on unlocking. Your brother's carrier has the criteria and process requirements to unlock that iPhone. Have your brother call them to unlock the iPhone.
