Sync on my devices like spotify

Hey guys, I recently made the switch and using Apple music as my main source of music. I need a little bit of help and not sure if there is a solution. For example; with Spotify I could open the spotify app in windows and play music and when i went into the app on my iphone or my ipad the song would be shown in sync with what was playing on windows and vice versa. For example I could control the music on my echo plus from all my devices. This way I was able to browse the content visually on the app, play a song from my Ipad for example and it would be playing in sync with what was in the windows app. Hopefully you will understand what I am trying to do. Rather than be able to play different music on different devices I want the music playing to be in sync on all devices....

Please help as I love the music discovery on apple music it really kills spotify but this is my one caveat
