how does a guy remove an activation lock
purchased a phone from someone that has a activation lock you think i can find this person agian. not a chance

Activation Lock is an anti-theft device and only the original owner can unlock it. Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen iPhones. It's useless to you, turn it over to the police or recycle it.
