email sender showing up at from Apple, Inc.

My husband sees Apple, Inc. as the sender when I send him an e mail. This is not happening when I send an e mail to myself or my son. When my husband clicks on Apple, Inc. for more information it shows as coming from the USA (I am in Europe) and there is a fake e mail address with a particular name from my address book, as well.

Ideas?
