We can't open the iphone!

Hi I am Omer, my mother's device is locked and it says we need to connect to itunes but we can't go to phone's home page !

Follow these instructions:--> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
