How do I accept terms and conditions to use the app store and itunes!

Why iTunes Store conditions in App Store? I'm for the first time trying to download an app from App Store. But when I want to install a chosen app, I'm (because it's the first time) asked to confirm the conditions of iTunes Store. But I'm not wanting to buy something in iTunes Store, so why this? Is it a confusion of terms from Apples side? Or do App Store and iTunes store share the same conditions?

Cant accept Terms and Conditions Today I updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 16 and I am unable to download or update any apps without accepting the Terms and Conditions. The problem is, it will not let me accept them, it says "There was an error. Please try again". How do I get passed this?
