I cant get my new ipad set up and want to make an appointment at the green hills store for help

See this link for starting a support request, and it will get you to the Genius Bar. Then you have to select the particular store. www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar
If you have an iPhone, I would download the Apple Support app and then try to schedule your appointment from there. Much simpler.
