How can I get the bottom left corner speakers to work again , I’ve never dropped the phone and I’ve always had it in its case that I just removed last week

There are two speakers on your Xs. One is on the top middle of the phone and the other is at the bottom RIGHT of the phone as you look at it.
See the attached image showing the location of the speakers and the microphone.
Your iPhone is fine.

There is nothing wrong with your phone. The bottom left is the microphone, NOT a speaker. It will never make any sounds.
My bottom left corner of my xs don’t have any sound in the speakers , it’s a fairly new phone I had since April I always had it in a case but I took it off
