Hi. I just like to ask, everytime im turning on my MacBook Air 2019, there's a colourful spinning wheel showing up. I can't use my laptop for like 3-5 mins and if I do, it will automatically shut down or the screen is frozen. I don't know what's going on. It wasn't like this before. Is there anything that I need to do? The OS is the newest one. Thanks

Do you have any external peripherals connected to your MacBook Air 2019 via the thunderbolt port(s)? If Yes then try booting with those items disconnected and see if the issue persists.
