Age limit

Hello, I’ve disconnected everything that’s possible, everything that’s allowed, followed the instructions, etc., but there is still a content restriction. What to do? I even turned off Privacy at all.

Thanks for stopping by the Apple Support Communities. I see that your question regarding content restrictions hasn't gotten a response just yet. Providing some additional information may help others in the community get you to a solution. Try answering the following questions:


  1. What content is being restricted? All content, or just specific content or a specific app?
  2. What exactly happens when you try to access that content?
  3. If you receive an error message, what does it say exactly?
