I want to change my country and I’ve already unsubscribed from Apple Music, but my device is still asking for that. Any recommendations?

You need to wait until the current subscription expires or contact iTunes Support and have them cancel the subscription. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
