My Apple Watch will not pair to my new iPhone 11. Pairing screen comes up on the watch but doesn’t seem to matter how long you hover over it doesn’t pick the up the image.
I've try doing it manual but when it ask for the 6 digit number it never appears on the watch screen.

You have to remove your watch from it's pairing with your old phone,it's probably still activation locked;
