I have a problem with communication between workout app and activity app on my watch and my phone about routes ( i cannot find apple watch workout on my phone) , you can see on the picture.
Can you please tell me how can i solve that problem?

It’s locked on my watch i cannot change anything on location services...
See the first picture there isn’t,that is why I am asking. Can you help somehow ?
I think you need to try unpairing and re-pairing the watch and set up as new when it asks.If you select restore from backup you might just be uploading the same problem again.
In your bottom screenshot,tap on While using the app instead of ask next time.
On your phone go into settings/privacy/location services and tap on apple watch workout,there you can tap on while using the app.
