Mac Book Air white horizontal blocks on black screen before turns off

Hi there, when I start up my Macbook air right after the login is completed, the screen turns black, white horizontal blocks appear and after less than a minute it goes competely black. Not sure if just the screen goes black or the computer turns off.

I also tried starting in safe mode (and it showed safe boot in red on top right) but the same happened.

Please find picture of screen attached before it goes dark.
