When a phone freezes on the latest update, and you have to reset your phone to get it to work again (meaning I couldn't get into the phone - hard restart), is there a way to still get the old encrypted password? My last update in iTunes was just prior to the update, and I'd like to load my latest update (and have all of my contacts and messages).
