imei expired

Serial Number FLNTK0D8GRWV/IMEI 358603072291726 iPhone 6s Plus 64GB, it's my brother's mobile, I brought then send to my parents In Nepal but it dose not support there's net work , when ask for IMEI resister, display IMEI expire. how can I renew or replace valid IMEI please kindly help. Thank You.
