iPad storage , all “media”

My iPad storage is almost full. 62gb out of 64 used. 61.5GB is “media”. I’ve went through and offloaded and deleted apps. My remaining apps are not taking up this much storage. Like my photos app is taking 776.6 MB’s. I’ve cleared Safari cache. What am I missing that could take up that much storage?

My iPad says storage full. When I go to manage storage I see that the “other category” takes up the largest amount. I have only a few apps loaded. My photos only take up 3 gb of space. What is taking up the space in the “other” category? How do I erase or delete from the “other” category when I try to manage storage? I have eliminated apps to only 4. My photos take up only 3.14 Gb. What goes into the “other” category?
