Could be an issue with the lightning port of this phone. Take a toothpick or similar object and try cleaning lint out of the lightning port.
If that doesn't work, you need to make an appointment at an Apple store for more help. You've ruled out an issue with the cables and the computer, which leaves the phone itself as the problem.

Once in recovery mode, you need to plug it in to a computer and use iTunes to restore it. Have you tried that yet?

Of course, tryed it with diffrent cables and computers..
I tryed on both, they do not detect this phone, but they all detect my other iphone 7
Do any of the computers detect the phone?
Are these Macs, PCs or both?

when i enter recovery mode on iphone 7 just a laptop shows on iphons screen and nothing hapens
