How Do I Block New Devices on My AppleID

how do I shut off outside access to my Apple ID? We've been having trouble with hackers adding their computers to our Apple ID.

I cannot find any buttons or settings within the Apple ID website or privacy.apple.com that let me shut out others. What am I missing?

Changing the password is not a solution because the people doing the hacking are apparently geniuses and breeze through passwords, challenge questions, and two-factor authentication.

This does not make sense at all.

If you choose a strong password and add 2FA, it is highly doubtful that you can be hacked.

If your device is jailbroken, that would change things.

Do you get requests on your device to allow access to your Apple ID? Is your trusted device up to date?
