change icon label color on iPad

Is there a way to change the color of the icon labels on my iPad? My wallpaper is light in some areas and the white labels are hard to see.

How to change the color of text labels on the home screen (iOS16)? Even though I now have nice white letters on my lock screen (day/date/time), on my home screen all labels are black. I'd like them white in both places. (Ditto for the info on the top of the each screen, like carrier name, WiFi icon, time, battery %.)
