My iPhone 7 Plus says it is a 256gig phone in the ‘about phone’ in the settings. The serial number however shows details of a 32gig device in an online checker. How is this possible?

It depends on the site you use to check your devices info. It's a mistake on their side. Use a different site.
My iPhone 7 Plus says it is a 256gig phone. However when I put the IMEI and serial number into an online checker the results says it’s a 32gig device. How is it possible?
