Apple Watch not working

I go to turn my watch on and it shows a red apple. What do I do to fix this?

If you mean this;

Then you can try a forced reset and if this doesn't work then you need to take the watch to an apple store for them to give you your options;

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
