Payment method

Hello so I Was trying to download some apps and for some reason my payment got declined, when i checked setting it said to update my payment method, which i tried but nothing worked. Then I try to remove my card and it wouldn't allow me to because a subscription was still on it so i canceled all my subscriptions that i know off, and nothing has changed and im confused on why. I tried deleting the apple music app but it didnt delete fully, a white box with the lines in it is still on my screen and im confused. please help me.
