So basically I am locked out of my iPad and I’m trying to restore it by using recovery mode and my computer. Every time I try restoring my iPad, it does its thing for a minute or two and then just randomly turns on and stops the restoring process. Is it supposed to do this?

I have tried both. I tried using a Mac and Windows PC. I tried using the usb that came with my iPad and the one that came with my phone, but my iPad still turned on.
