I didn't activate my Iphone. After factory reset,I can't unable to restart my phone . It's showing connect to pc .it doesn't catch any wifi . Please help me..

I am assuming that your iPhone is stuck on the screen showing "Connect to PC". You are probably given the option to Restore or Update. Choose update after iPhone is connected to a PC.
