What if it says “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” how do I enable it without adding a different payment method?!🙏🏽😬

Read the information from this link If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

It will tell you to not try and edit any information and to contact Apple Support here https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362
